When bare metal beats a VPS
A VPS covers most projects. You rent a whole machine when the workload wants things a shared host cannot give.
Your own hypervisor
Run Proxmox or any other virtualization layer and slice the machine into as many guests as you like. One rental, a whole private cloud.
Per-core licensing
Some database and ERP licenses count physical cores. Paying for exactly the cores you license is cheaper than paying for a bigger shared host.
Predictable performance
No neighbors means benchmark numbers on Monday match the numbers on Friday. For latency-sensitive production that consistency is the whole point.

Storage box
Backup Storage 160 carries 8 x 20 TB HDD with SSD cache: an economical target for company-wide backups, camera archives and cold data at EUR 1189.15 per month.
Virtualization host
NVMe Virtualization pairs 56 Platinum cores with U.2 NVMe and SAS SSD tiers. Clients run their own hypervisor on it and consolidate a rack into one machine.
Compute node
EPYC Compute gives 48 cores and 96 threads for renders, simulations and build farms. When a job scales with cores, this is the cheapest EUR per thread in the catalogue.
What every dedicated server includes
Single-tenant hardware
The whole machine is yours: no hypervisor, no shared disks, no noisy neighbors. Full root or Administrator access at handover.
IPMI remote console
IPMI or KVM over IP with most configurations lets you reinstall, rescue and power-cycle the server without opening a ticket.
1 Gbps and 30 TB
Every configuration ships with a 1 Gbps port and 30 TB of monthly traffic on our own network, AS58269. Need more? See the 10 Gbps unmetered line.
Tested before handover
Each server is assembled, burn-in tested and provisioned with your OS before you get the keys, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
EU jurisdiction
Riga servers live in our own Tier 3+ facility; Amsterdam servers in one of Europe's main connectivity hubs. Both inside the EU, under GDPR.
Upgrades and add-ons
Extra SSD, NVMe or HDD storage and additional IPv4 addresses can be added at order time or later.

How fast is a dedicated server delivered?
Catalogue configurations are usually handed over within 1 to 2 business days: the machine is racked, burn-in tested and provisioned with the OS you chose at order.
Is there a setup fee?
The one-time setup equals one monthly base price and covers assembly, testing, OS installation and network setup with IP addresses. On the 10 Gbps line there is no setup fee.
Where are the servers located?
In our own Tier 3+ data center in Riga, Latvia (RIX1) and in the Amsterdam region, Netherlands (NL1). Each configuration lists its data center.
What access do I get?
Full root or Administrator access, and IPMI or KVM over IP remote console with most configurations, so you can reinstall or rescue the server yourself.
Can I get a custom configuration?
Yes. If the catalogue does not fit, contact us: custom builds are quoted with a firm delivery date depending on parts availability.
