Where exactly are the servers?
In our own Tier 3+ data center at Berzaunes iela 1, Riga, Latvia (RIX1). Our team physically operates the facility, hardware and network.
How fast is delivery in Riga?
Catalogue configurations are usually handed over within 1 to 2 business days, assembled and burn-in tested by the on-site team.
Can I visit or colocate my own hardware?
The data center can be visited by prior arrangement with escort. If you need colocation for your own equipment, contact us for a quote.
What if I need a configuration that is not listed?
Yes. Tell us the target workload and we will quote a custom build with a firm delivery date; assembly happens in our own Riga facility.
